How can I help?

Canaries in the Motherland is looking to interview ethnic Koreans who’ve grown up abroad and have been living in Korea for at least a year. Other than those stipulations, it’s all fair game. Of course, we wouldn’t be doing this is if we weren’t somehow “politically” engaged in Korea, but otherwise, we’re looking for overseas Koreans of all types: the political, the apolitical, those who hate Korea, those who love it, those who want to stay here forever and those who feel they’re trapped.

Also, if you would be interested in helping our project by becoming an interviewer, translating during interviews or by helping us create transcripts of the interviews, please contact us as well.
